Earlier this year, research by Dr. Rachel Karchin was featured in a case study for the “TGCA in Action” section on the National Cancer Institute’s Cancer Genome Atlas website. The article titled “New Tool Combines Many Types of Genomic Data” discusses the TOPPER software tool which is being developed by Dr. Karchin’s lab in a collaboration with a team of researchers.
