Daniel Tward, ICM and CIS Postdoc, receives inaugural Kavli NDI Postdoctoral Discovery Fellowship
Daniel Tward, a postdoctoral fellow in the ICM and CIS lab of Michael I. Miller, Herschel and Ruth Seder Professor of Biomedical Engineering and Director of the Center for Imaging Science, was one of the recipients of the inaugural Postdoctoral Discovery Fellows Program of the Kavli Neuroscience Discovery Institute of Johns Hopkins University. This award, in collaboration with the Truncoso lab in Pathology School of Medicine, will support Tward’s research in Alzheimer’s disease understanding the molecular and micron scale relationship of 3D histological change during neurodegeneration with clinical markers mapped in MRI populations of Alzheimer’s subjects.
