ICM core faculty member, Michael I. Miller, PhD, is the new director of the Department of Biomedical Engineering. In addition to his most recent appointment, Miller holds several leadership positions in the university and department including the Hershel and Ruth Seder Chair in the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Director of the Center for Imaging Science, and co-director of the Kavil Neuroscience Discovery Institute with Rick Huganir of the Department of Neuroscience.
