LS-SNP is a web tool for genome-wide annotation of human SNPs. The current version, LS-SNP/PDB, provides information useful for identifying amino-acid changing SNPs (nsSNPs) that are most likely to have an impact on biological function.


CRAVAT: Cancer-Related Analysis of VAriants Toolkit

CRAVAT is a web server with simple interface where cancer-related analysis of variants are performed. CRAVAT currently employs three analysis tools, CHASM, SNVGet, and VEST.


ShockAlert consists of documentation and code for early prediction of Septic Shock in the MIMIC-3 and eICU databases accompanying the manuscript, “Data-driven discovery of a novel sepsis pre-shock state predicts impending septic shock in the ICU” (Liu et al. Scientific Reports 2019)
